- We put as much care in shipping your Big Island Delights order as we do in making our delicious products.
- We are able to ship anywhere in the US.
- To provide our customers cost effective delivery, we selected UPS 2nd Day Air Delivery for our delivery service.
- For orders shipped within Hawaii, we ship via UPS Next Day Air or US Postal Service.
- We send out our mail order shipments on Mondays,Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order.
- This ensures that we are able to deliver a high quality product.
- Big Island Delights uses best efforts to pack items for shipping. Chocolates are best shipped to locations of 83 degrees or below. We are unable to be held liable for any breakage or melting of chocolates that may occur during transit. We thank you for your understanding and we greatly appreciate your patronage.
